The Boyle County Attorney’s Office prosecutes misdemeanors, violations, and traffic offenses. Our office is also responsible for prosecuting both felony and misdemeanor juvenile offenses.

District Court Prosecution
- The Boyle County Attorney’s Office is responsible for prosecuting all criminal cases in Boyle District Court. The Boyle County Attorney’s Office represents the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
